BBCA Storex is manufacturing silos from narrow corrugated sidewall sheet (70mm/2,75”) which is the optimum value for easy bolted installation and stronger silo design. When corrugation size is too narrow installation of the bolts may cause some problem if corugation size is too wide resistance of silo is decreased. BBCA Storex supply S350GD+Z quality hot-dip galvanized steel from the World top steel producers.(BBCA Storex delivers test certificates of it’s raw material.) Sidewall and stiffener sheets have max. 350 N/mm²(51.000 psi) yield and 420N/mm² (61.000 psi) tensile values and produced as min. 600g/m² or higher galvanize coating. BBCA Storrex’s stiffeners are specially designed with 6 twist in order to give more resistance to stiffeners unlike other competitors.
